These terms cover your use of Page Builders, a product of Digital Compass Group Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using our service you agree to them.

What we do

We design a website for your business and show it to you first. You are under no obligation. If you like it, you can claim it and we publish it on your domain.

Pricing & payment

• Seeing your site is free, with no obligation.
• Claiming a site is a one-time fee of $499.
• Keeping it live is $99 per month, which covers hosting, security, and updates.
• Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Monthly billing continues until you cancel.

Your domain & content

You keep ownership of your domain and the business content you provide. You give us permission to use it to build and run your website. You confirm you have the right to use any logos, text, or images you share with us.

Cancellation

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time, and your site stays live through the period you have paid for. The $499 one-time fee is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 30 days of your site going live, we refund the $499 in full, no questions asked. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded.

What we promise, and what we cannot

We work hard to build a fast, reliable site, but we provide the service “as is” and cannot guarantee specific business results such as a number of calls or sales. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
